We did an outdoor escape room yesterday...it's a puzzle "room" vs escape. It was a sneaky way to get us outside and it worked. It is offered through Escape New Haven but the event took place in Mystic. We met our game master at a small tent. There he gave us a knapsack with some tools, a map, and a hint to get us started. It was not challenging but the use of nature made it worth the trip. In the bottom picture, you can see my brother in waders. Yes, they were needed. Bring water, bug spray, and a sense of humor.
