Today was BoxaRoo in Boston. We picked up a 5th player (actually one of our volleyball teammates) and this was his first escape room. We did the Storyteller's Secret...categorized as a hard room with a 75-minute time limit. We finished in 62 minutes with 5 of us.
You are in a nicely decorated cabin and will find everything a young writer needs. It is a puzzle room so everything around could be needed to solve problems. You honestly feel like you are in someone's home. The simplicity of the room is what makes the room magical.
This is one of the best rooms we have done.
It has a great storyline with some fun electronics. The room is designed beautifully and has some features we have never seen before. No wonder it had won awards.
