Cell Block 4 | Lara's Labryinth

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find escape rooms with different themes. Since I had already done other jailbreak-themed rooms, I wasn't too excited to try Cell Block 4. However, since it was Thanksgiving break and we wanted to do something close to home, we decided to give it a try.

As it turned out, I learned a valuable lesson about not judging a book by its cover. Aside from the jail-themed premise, nothing was similar to the other jail-themed rooms I had tried before. When we finally grasped what was about to happen, we all laughed with a hint of doubt. The only issue we encountered was the "1 finger rule" - which is if it required more force than one finger to open or remove something, it was not meant to be opened or removed. There was only one occasion where this rule didn't work. The game master noticed that I was doing the right thing but not getting the desired result, so she suggested that I use more strength.

According to Lara's Labyrinth, "This game is designed for four or more players, but it can be played with fewer players. Having only two or three players makes this game particularly challenging." Personally, I can't imagine trying to play it with fewer than four people. Please let me know if your team manages to successfully beat the game with fewer than four players because I'd love to shake your hand.

My Overall Rating: 5 Stars | Best of the Best
"Cell Block 4" is such a fun and challenging escape room game! You'll need to work as a team to crack the clues and escape, so if you're not into sharing your findings, this may not be the best choice for you. But hey, the atmosphere is spot-on with amazing sets, sound effects, and lighting that will transport you to another world. Of course, we had a few "WTF" moments, but we laughed it off and worked together to solve them. Overall, "Cell Block 4" is a fantastic experience for anyone who loves teamwork and adventure!.
